Before running a small farm, I would bake and sell homemade pastries and bread at local markets. One of my favorite recipes, passed down from my abuela, is cinnamon rolls!

These are a family operation which involves wrapping perfectly risen dough around layers of butter, cinnamon, sugar and your choice of pecans or not. Every bite is soft and sooo perfect for breakfast or dessert!
